At Earth n Dusk Photography, we proudly support small businesses, creatives, and boutique brands through intentional, nature-inspired imagery. If you're using photos for commercial purposes, the following terms apply:

What Is Considered Commercial Use?

Commercial use refers to any situation where the images will directly or indirectly promote or generate revenue for your business. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Advertising (e.g. social media ads, paid promotions, Google Ads)

  • Product packaging or labels

  • Inclusion in resale items (e.g. books, merchandise)

  • Print marketing (e.g. brochures, catalogues)

  • Media use (e.g. magazines, interviews)

  • Widespread distribution or publication

Licensing & Usage Fees

Our standard product photography packages include basic usage rights for:

  • Personal use

  • Web display (e.g. websites, blogs, organic social media)

  • Internal business use (e.g. portfolios, emails)

For broader or commercial applications, the following licensing fees apply:

Full Buyout - Unlimited use across all platforms with no future licensing restrictions+$800

Licensing fees are applied once per project/session unless otherwise stated.

Licensing Terms

  • Images remain the copyright of Earth n Dusk Photography unless a full buyout is agreed upon in writing.

  • A non-transferable licence is granted upon payment of the appropriate commercial fee.

  • You may not sell, gift, or allow third-party use of the images without prior written consent.

  • Commercial use without a proper licence may result in breach of contract and/or additional fees.

How to Obtain a Licence

When booking your session, simply let me know if you’ll require commercial use. We’ll guide you through:

  1. Selecting the appropriate licence level

  2. Adding it to your invoice

  3. Including usage rights in your client agreement
